RoutePro™ bulk vending machines are warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years. This express warranty
extends only to the original purchaser (first buyer). This express
warranty is limited to the repair
or replacement of the defective unit or part at the sole option of
American Technologies International,
Inc.
During the terms of this Express Warranty, ATI, Inc. shall
furnish at its sole expense, all parts necessary to
repair a defective machine. ATI, Inc. will also provide
all labor to repair or replace any parts on those Machines that have
been shipped directly to ATI, Inc. Customers will be responsible for freight
and/or transportation costs incurred in any such shipment to or from
ATI, Inc.
The foregoing represents ATI, Inc. sole obligation under
this warranty and is conditioned upon consumer giving notice at ATI,
Inc. within the respective warranty period. This express warranty does not
apply to paint chips or discoloration of paint or machine parts from
exposure to the sun or from acts of God, misuse, neglect or accident.
This express warranty does not apply to improper assembly, failure of the product if it is
used for other than the intended purpose,
or improper handling, shipping, or moving of the product from location to
location.
Warranty is void if
unit is subject to unauthorized service or repair, misuse, neglect, and/or use of
unauthorized attachments thereon. ATI, Inc. does not authorize any person
to create for it any other warranty, obligation or liability in connection with all ATI, Inc. vending
machines.
